Producer Puri Jagannath has decided to postpone the release of his latest film ‘Bumper Offer’, starring Sai Ram Shankar, in wake of the recent floods. The makers have decided to postpone the film’s release date from 9th to 16th October. The film has already generated excitement with its music, by Raghu Kunche.
