The film titled “Ganga” starringVenkatesh and Ileana in the lead roles is being produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas under the banner of Lakshmi Narasimha Art Productions and directed by Amma Rajashekar. The story and script for the film have been written by Kona Venkat. This film is described as an action thriller with a romantic angle.
The regular shooting of this film will start from October 20 at a costly set of hero’s house erected by art director Thota Tarani in Hyderabad.
Venkatesh is also shooting for the film titled “Namo Venkatesa” which is being directed by Sreenu Vytla, whose last film “King” with Nagarjuna was a hit.
Producer Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) is making his third film with Venkatesh after the successful films “Lakshmi” and “Chithakayala Ravi” with the same hero. This film titled “Ganga” will be directed by former choreographer Amma Rajasekhar.
For this film “Ganga”, a Rs 3 Crore set is being specially erected by art director Thota Tharani in a 5 acre plot near Chilukur Balaji Temple on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Around 200 workers and technicians are working on this set for the past one month. Many important scenes of the film will be shot in this set. The process of selecting the heroine and the rest of the cast and crew is in progress.
The shooting of “Ganga” will start from October after Venkatesh returns from abroad where he is shooting for the film being directed by Sreenu Vaitla.
